Progressive Transformation 〜人生を変えるのは今からでも遅くない〜

It was a sunny and hot day today.

As I finished work, I had to roll up my long sleeve shirt.

6月とはいえ、今日は中々暑い日であった。

仕事を終えた私は、あまりの暑さに（長袖を着ていたため）腕まくりを強いられた。

From the morning until the last hour at work, I was feeling somewhat uncomfortable. Usually, I immediately erase the feeling and it will be ok. This time, however, the anxiety remained within my heart for a while.

Then a light torched my path on my way home.

朝から仕事が正午に終わるその瞬間まで、私は何とも言えない体のだるさを感じていた。（昨日、夜更かししてゲームをやらなければ良かった…笑）
普段であれば、その体の重さをを無視し、何ともなくやってゆけるのだが、今日は違った。それは体の疲れ以上である様に感じられ、どうしたものかと仕事中も思いを巡らすこととなった。

職場から帰宅する途中、私の重荷はすっ飛ぶこととなる。

Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.

死と生とは舌に支配される、 これを愛する者はその実を食べる。

I began to remember that I am capable of starting a road toward success from now, this moment! We are to pay attention to these two attributes: mind and mouth.

今日この瞬間からでも、成功に向かって歩み始めることが出来る、という素晴らしい真実を私は思い出した。それであるから、私達は自分達の「考え方（マインド）」と「言葉」に気を遣うことが求められる。

As I am writing this, I am heavily excited. It is because I have re-discovered what it takes for us to live a wonderful life (successful, prosperous, healthy, and satisfying).
For us to achieve that, we have to first change our mindset COMPLETELY.

この文章を書いている私は、非常にワクワクしている。それは、私達が素晴らしい（成功を収める、繁栄する、健康である、満足のゆく）人生を送る秘訣を再発見したからである。
その一歩は、私達の考え方を一変することから始まる。

Renewing our minds and upgrading ourselves is the primary step we are to take toward the breakthrough in our lives.

心を新たにし、己を最新の状態（アップグレード）にすることは人生を切り拓く上で私達がとる初歩的ステップである。

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.　
Romans 12:2

あなたがたは、この世と妥協してはならない。むしろ、心を新たにすることによって、造りかえられ、何が神の御旨であるか、何が善であって、神に喜ばれ、かつ全きことであるかを、わきまえ知るべきである。
ローマ人への手紙 12:2 より

In Kingdom law, we are commanded to change our minds.
Before we get to this point, what does it mean “not to be conformed to this world”?
It simply says to you and me, “don’t think the way they think”. Maybe “they” can be your friends, colleagues, and so on.

聖書の法によれば、私達はマインドを変えることを促されている。
この点について触れる前に、「この世と妥協しない」とはどういうことなのだろうか。
それは、私達が「周りの人々が当然としていることに盲目的に従わない」ということだ。その「周りの人々」とはあなたの友人や同僚かも知れない。

Sometimes in the process of our decision-making, we got to be crazy. “We’ve never seen or experienced anything like that” “It’s impossible”. “You got to be kidding me”. There comes a time when our decision does not go in agreement with their opinions.
I believe that’s okay. If not so, how are we motivated to make a change in our thinking?

私達の意思決定の過程において、時に私達は「変人」にならねばならない時もあるのでは無いだろうか。「そんなの、前例が無いね」。「無理だよ」。「冗談はやめなさいよ」。私達が下す決断は、必ずしも他人を喜ばせるものでは無い様である。
それはそれで良いと私は思う。そうでなければ、どうやって私達は考え方を変えるという動機づけをすることが出来ようか。

If you don’t agree with them, then what are you going to do? You transform yourself by renewing your mind.
It is when you renew your mind that you can really stand. Without it, what awaits us is being consumed by ‘their’ ideas.

周りに歩調を合わせないあなたは、何をするのか。心を新たにすることで、自分をアップグレードするのだ。
そうして初めて、反論やディスりの嵐の中をくぐり抜ける勇気を獲得するのである。それが無ければ、私達を待ち受けているのは周りの人の考えに流される（吸収）されてしまう、という辱めだろう。

The Bible helps us make a revolution within our minds because it assesses us through the telescope of God, not your boss nor teachers nor colleagues or other people.
Regarding the reliability of the Bible as one’s standard, it is written:

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2 Timothy 3:16

聖書は、私達がマインドセットにおける革命を起こす気持ちを掻き立てる。何故なら、それはちっぽけな人間である私達を神の望遠鏡で評価してくれるからだ。聖書において、あなたを評価するのは神であって、職場の上司でも、学校の先生でも、そして同僚でも無い。
倫理的スタンダードとしての聖書の信頼性は以下の通りだ:

聖書は、すべて神の霊感を受けて書かれたものであって、人を教え、戒め、正しくし、義に導くのに有益である。
テモテへの第二の手紙 3:16 より

Therefore, the Bible was not completed by a single human author. Yes, some people have written what is in there but all came through God’s inspiration.
Not only that, but the material in the Bible also works when it comes to teaching ourselves. In doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in the right way of living, this book helps us in so many ways.

以上より、聖書は決して１人の人間によって書かれた本では無い。勿論、聖書は様々な人間によって書かれているが、全ては神にインスパイアされている。
それに留まらず、聖書に書かれている言葉の数々は、私達を教育する（洗脳と呼ぶ人もいるが）ことにおいてとてつもない力を発揮する。
教えに、戒めに、人格的訂正に、そして正しい生き方の指示に、この聖書という書物は私達を助けてくれる。

We got to keep being transformed by renewing our minds. It’s a daily thing!

私達は毎日、心を新たにして造りかえられる必要がある。

The second step to take is changing our speech.
Our words have an incredible power to influence our lives! Here is the SHOCKING principle of life found in the Bible:

Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.
Proverbs 18:21

踏むべき2歩目は、口から語る言葉を変えることだ。
私達の言葉は、人生に恐るべし影響力を持っている。それでは人生の衝撃的な原理をご覧頂こう:

死と生とは舌に支配される、 これを愛する者はその実を食べる。
箴言 18:21 より

You see, the tongue seems a really small part of the body. Yet it contains tremendous power! The scripture above can be paraphrased as: “Whether you do well or not is up to how you exercise the hidden power in your mouth. People who get this go far, while those o joke with this mess up”.
Then how do we keep speaking good things? What if you don’t feel like speaking what you are supposed to speak?

お分かり頂けただろうか。舌は、一見とても小さな体の器官である様に見える。そのくせに、破壊的な力が内蔵されているのだから曲者である。
聖書から引用した言葉は、こうも言い換えられる: 「人の成功するか否かは舌に隠された力を活かせるかにかかっている。これを悟る人は成功し、これをナメてかかる人は痛い目に遭う」。
では、私達は如何にしてポジティブな言葉を語り続けることが出来るのだろうか。自分の語るべき前向きな言葉を、口に出す気分でない時はどうすれば良いのか？

We have to watch over our hearts. It is like pouring water into a cup carefully so that water does not split.

私達は、心の面倒をよく見なくてはならない。それは、コップに水が溢れないように水を入れる様なものだ。

Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.
Proverbs 4:23

油断することなく、あなたの心を守れ、 命の泉は、これから流れ出るからである。
箴言 4:23 より

Being lazy in observing the current heart condition bears a painful consequence.
The deterioration of heart condition can lead to a disastrous vocabulary of words coming out of our mouths. Well, is there a correlation between our hearts and our speeches? Yes, sure there are. Jesus teaches,

A good person brings good out of the treasure of good things in his heart; a bad person brings bad out of his treasure of bad things. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of. Luke 6:45

心の現在の状態を見守ることをサボってしまうと、私達は痛い結末を迎えることになる。
心（マインド）の状態の悪化は、良くない言葉が口から泡の様に出て来るということに繋がる恐れがある。然り、私達の心と発言は強く結びついているのだ！
キリストが教える所によると、

善い人は良いものを入れた心の倉から良いものを出し、悪い人は悪いものを入れた倉から悪いものを出す。人の口は、心からあふれ出ることを語るのである。」
ルカによる福音書 6:45 より

The commander of our speech is our hearts. Both good and bad things are generated from this hub. Since our lips utter what is stored in our hearts, we must be aware of what to fill our hearts with. That is why reading what God has to say about our lives is essential as we pursue success.

心は、発せられる言葉の指揮官である。良い考えも、悪い考えも、このハブで生み出される。唇は、心の中に貯蔵されていることを音にするのであるから、何で心を満たすかは私達それぞれが問わねばならないことだ。故に、私達の人生の様々なシーンにおいて、神のコメントが何であるかを知ることは、結果的に大きなアドバンテージとなる。

By the way, God wants us to prosper and succeed.
Here’s His mind:

Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your soul prospers [spiritually].
3 John 1:2

ところで、神は私達の繁栄と成功を望んでいる。
ここに神の意思がハッキリと表れている:

愛する者よ、あなたの魂が恵まれているように、あなたがすべての面で恵まれ、健康であるようにと祈っています。
ヨハネの手紙三 1:2 より

Here is the conclusion of this story: there is nothing too late for you to start.
As long as we exercise our minds and tongues skillfully and rightly, this life is full of opportunities.

結論を述べると、あなたに何かを始めるのに遅すぎることなど無いのだ！
心と舌とを上手に且つ正しく扱うことで、この人生というフィールドは機会の宝箱に姿を変える。

You can change your life from this second. So can I.
