All of us make a mistake. Nobody is perfect. Let us not expect on somebody too much.

誰だって失敗する。完ぺきな人などいない。他人に期待し過ぎるのはやめよう。

Where respect comes from―敬う気持ちはどこから来るのか―

Where does respect come from, then ? As far as I have thought, it is originated from ‘experience in common’.

それでは、尊敬とはどこからくる思いであるのか。私が考えるに、それは「共通経験」から来くるものではないだろうか。

飯友(めしとも)－lunchmate－

飯友とミートアップする場所は大体がレストランもしくはカフェだ。とても気軽な感覚で会うため、比較的落ち着く場所を選ぶようにしている。

Mostly I meet up with my friends at either restaurant or cafe. Since it is a casual meeting, I try to choose the place with soothing environment.

成長―The Way we Grow up―

これまた高校時代の後輩で、カナダに留学していた生徒たちが帰ってきた。今回は、羽田空港まで迎えに行ってきた。やはり、皆サイズが２倍になっていた（もしくはなりかけていた）。

Another friends of mine, who had been studying in Canada, came back to Japan. This time I went to Haneda Airport. As I assumed, they were all BIGGER than before.

A new Generation -return of the expected-

All of whom I saw seemed to have eyes burning in passion toward something. As I glanced at them I was very energized and empowered. Literally, all of them looked so good with their confidence.

帰ってきた「勇者」たちの目は情熱に燃えているように見えた。遠くから眺めた時に、私は非常にバイブスがあがり、元気づけられた。誰もが自身に満ち溢れた姿で日本の地を踏んでいた。

先輩―People Ahead of me―

「職場、ぬるくない」？そんな趣旨のことを彼が口にした時、私はこれまでの自分の働きっぷりを振り返り、自分もその責任を負う一人だと思わずにはいられなかった。

“Isn’t our working environment strict enough” ? He said to me something like that. When I heard that, I can’t stop thinking back the way I’ve worked to this day. I felt responsible for that.

Good Life

自分を知ることは、これからの時代を生き抜く鍵であると私は思う。良い人生とは、あなたの発する言葉の果実である。

Knowing yourself is a key to survive in this coming age. A good life is a fruit of words you speak.
